Stuffed Banana Peppers

The thing about banana peppers is you never know how hot a pepper will be, so go for it and enjoy the ride!
INGREDIENTS:
4 banana peppers (sweet or hot)
1/4 cup softened cream cheese
1/3 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Pinch of black pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons fresh/dried parsley
3 green onions sliced
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika

DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Carefully halve the peppers lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- Place the pepper halves cut-side up on a baking sheet.
- In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese,cheddar cheese, mozzarella, salt, pepper, green onions, fresh or dried parsley, and garlic powder until combined.
- Fill each pepper half with the cheese mixture and top with a sprinkle of parsley. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Then broil for 3-5 minutes.
- Cool for a couple minutes and serve.
